Since 2014 I have rented a property, purchased a property and leased a property all through Real Estate Agent Sally Decelis.

I first approached her to help me sell my townhouse. She was able to get it under contract after only the 2nd person looked at it! I also used Sally to help me find my next house. I was looking to upgrade to a bigger house. I gave Sally the information and specifics of what I was looking for and she delivered! I was ready to submit an offer the same day we drove around to look at properties because she had already compiled a list of homes that met all my needs beforehand. Sally was able to help me negotiate certain things, including renting from the current owners for a few days prior to closing as I had to move out of my current property in order to accommodate same day closing of both properties. What could have been a stressful situation, was made extremely easy and exciting! Finally, Sally was very patient with me while waiting for the right buyer to come along to buy my retail small business. Sally helped make the process seamless. She facilitated any meetings of negotiations and then presented me with all of the knowledge to facilitate an easy closing to sell my business.
